Application forms are available at a number of area businesses including: WSRK/WDOS, Sport Tech, Elena's Sweet Indulgence, State University College at Oneonta, the YMCA, Muscles in Motion, the Otsego County Chamber of Commerce, the Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce, the Clark Gym, Church & Scott, Dick's Clothing and Sporting Goods, Ruffino's Pizzeria the Binghamton YMCA, the Oneonta Police Department, and the Oneonta and Sidney State Trooper Barracks.
